Chronic Pain
Chronic pain can be troubling and debilitating. Espoir wants to get to the root of the pain and help you get back to enjoying the things you love to do. Causes
Chronic pain can arise for a number of reasons. For example:
- Years of poor posture
- Improper lifting and carrying of heavy objects
- Being overweight, which puts excess strain on the back and knees
- A congenital condition such as curvature of the spine
- Traumatic injury
- Fibromyalgia
- Sleeping on a poor mattress
- No obvious physical cause
